We support people working for Okayama University.

We created the “Okayama University Diversity Policy” to cultivate a diversity culture that can maximize the abilities of our staff, and set clear guidelines for promoting diversity. By the diversity of people collaborating together without discrimination by sex, age, disability, or any other measure, we are trying to realize our philosophy: “the creation of advanced knowledge” and “the succession of precise knowledge”.
Diversity Management is composed of four offices: Gender Equality Office, Next Generation Support Office, Disabled Support Office, and Seniors Support Office. Planning various measures by centering on these four offices, we aim to promote sustainable development of the organization from a long-term perspective where there is work-life balance for all staff members.
