Under the concept of the “Okayama University Declaration for Women’s Advancement! WITH Plan,” a new leadership development program will be implemented to enhance the ranks of female candidates for upper-level and managerial positions, and to increase the number of female faculty members in upper-level positions above associate professor and the percentage of female faculty members.
