Purpose and Objectives

  • The program combines lectures/seminars and practical training to develop candidates for professorships with teaching, research, and administrative skills. In addition, the program will acquire the skills of candidates for future managerial positions.
  • The program will be implemented as a project of the FY2023 MEXT Grant for Human Resource Development in Science and Technology (Initiative for Realization of Diversity Research Environment (Female Leader Development Type)).

Period of implementation

Scheduled to run from FY2023 to FY2028 (the period may be extended depending on circumstances).
