The month of November is designated as “Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Days” to further promote diversity and inclusion (D&I). The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for people to become aware of the importance of understanding and respecting each other’s values and that Okayama University is made up of diverse attributes and personalities through exposure to D&I-related initiatives and activities.
