Under the strong leadership of the President, the Diversity Promotion Division, led by the Office of Gender Equality, will work with the University’s Executive Office and individual departments to achieve the project’s goals. In order to strongly promote the increase in the number of female faculty members and their promotion to higher positions, the University Executive Office will take the lead in setting targets for the percentage of female faculty members in individual departments. Each department will set targets for the percentage of female faculty members and the percentage of female faculty members at the time of hiring and work toward achieving these targets.
